Most of what fails in a building was decided somewhere nobody can see any more. These are the ones I have had to open back up and explain — to owners, to builders, and a few times to myself.
A tiny AI that answers from a table, and calls a model only when it can't decide. You don't recalculate the structure every time someone opens a door.
The formula was viewing distance for one shared screen. That household does not exist any more.
